We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a office settings, providing administrative support and excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule client appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experience
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Provide administrative support as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a office setting preferred
- Proficient in office software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
